Secondary school # 38 in Sevastopol is named after Nikolai Chelnokov, the hero of the Great Patriotic War(1941-1945). It was founded in 1981. There were 1425 students in 36 forms.
The school is situated in Hrustalyova Street, not far from the Monument to the pilots who defended Sevastopol during the Great Patriotic War.
There is a beautiful garden, a big stadium and a playground in the school yard.
65 teachers educate and up bring 850 students in 32 forms.
We have a big Assembly hall, 2 gyms, 3 workshops, a rich library, more than 60 classrooms and a large computer study.
Our headmistress, Galina Nikolaevna Ivanitskaya, is the City Soviet Deputy.
Our teachers are highly qualified professionals.
We are proud of our sports clubs, dancing group, Greek club and several handicraft clubs.
